Workshops we provide

Thank you for your interest in the Young Trustees Movement. Intergenerational perspectives enable boardrooms to better navigate uncertainty, reflect the interests of their communities and future-proof decision making. However when less than 3% of trustees are under 30, what is normal is not okay. Your interest today is part of a movement of people leading the way for better, more innovative governance. 

We offer a range of bespoke interactive workshops, aimed at anyone from potential or current young trustees to entire boards of all ages. These can cover a range of topics, including confidence and skills building, culture reviews, and exploring new ways of working.

Workshops can be offered online or in person. Associated time and travel time & travel costs may be added for in person sessions.
